Susquehanna Growth Equity has led a $22 million Series B in Visitt, an AI-native platform for commercial real estate operations, with existing investors Vertex Ventures Israel, Anfield, and Sarona Ventures also participating. The round follows a year in which Visitt says it grew managed square footage by more than 900 percent and now counts over 150 customers across office, industrial, data center, multifamily, and retail properties.
Visitt was co-founded by chief executive Itay Oren, chief technology officer Idan Wender, and chief product officer Jonathan Kroll. The pitch is consolidation: work orders, compliance, predictive maintenance, tenant communications, equipment lifespan tracking, security, amenities, and finance all run through one interface instead of the patchwork of disconnected systems that property teams have historically stitched together.
"As the first platform to deeply embed AI into day-to-day CRE operations, Visitt is purpose-built to meet new expectations for operational excellence and tenant experience," said Oren. "Legacy systems were designed for a different era and can't meet these demands. Operators need speed, clarity, and real outcomes through a single interface with AI built into the operational core."
Susquehanna's Josh Elser, a managing director at the firm, said the fund was betting on execution as much as market size. "We are thrilled to partner with Itay and his talented team, who have built a best-in-class platform through relentless commitment to solving common issues in the commercial real estate industry," he said. "Visitt is well-positioned to capture a massive whitespace opportunity." Tobias Lange, an investor at Susquehanna, added that the firm has been impressed with how the product's workflows have translated into measurable returns for landlords: "We've been tremendously impressed with Visitt's user-friendly AI workflows, which enhance commercial real estate building operations and tenant experience, driving higher satisfaction and measurable ROI for owners and operators."
The new capital is earmarked for expanding the product rather than entering new verticals. Visitt says it will build on existing features such as work-order intelligence and an AI agent for certificate-of-insurance management, and plans to add agents aimed at predictive maintenance and customer-experience scaling, along with continued work on its onboarding technology.
Commercial real estate has been a slower adopter of AI tooling than sectors like finance or logistics, in part because property operations data is fragmented across facilities, vendors, and legacy building-management systems that were never built to talk to each other. Visitt's bet is that unifying that data inside one operational layer, rather than bolting AI features onto existing point solutions, is what actually changes daily workflows for on-site teams. Whether that consolidation pitch holds up against entrenched incumbents and a crowded field of proptech entrants competing for the same landlords remains the open question the next funding round, or the next renewal cycle, will answer.
