Physical Commerce Enters a New Era as AIAI Holdings Unveils the Dôr Retail Intelligence System

In an effort to bring powerful analytics to physical storefronts, AIAI Holdings Corporation has officially launched its Dôr Retail Intelligence platform through portfolio company Constellation Network. Designed to assist physical commerce locations, the system relies on the industry’s first battery-operated, thermal-sensing people counter. The hardware is already deployed across more than 2,000 stores to guide smarter decision making and help merchants better understand customer demand.

Building upon over ten years of visitor tracking, the platform merges real-time traffic count with labor, point of sale, weather, e-commerce, and other store operational information. By bringing these metrics together, it helps operators spot missed demand, understand overall performance, and implement clear actionable steps. Its seamless design means it can easily connect with existing business software without forcing companies to overhaul their current setup.

Todd Furniss, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of AIAI Holdings Corporation, highlighted the vision behind this launch. “At AIAI, our objective is not simply to develop AI technology, but to create practical commercial applications that improve the performance of the businesses we own,” said Todd Furniss, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of AIAI Holdings Corporation. “The launch of Dôr Retail Intelligence demonstrates how our exclusive Transformational AI platform can enhance existing businesses by turning fragmented operational data into actionable intelligence. We believe this approach strengthens our portfolio companies while supporting long-term shareholder value.”

The application targets restaurants, multi-location retailers, museums, hospitality venues, and other physical operations. Connecting traffic directly to sales, staffing, and marketing gives business owners a clear view of why things change and where new opportunities exist. Having evaluated over $5 billion in sales data during its decade of development, the system possesses deep experience across both cultural institutions and large national retail chains.

Michael Brand, COO of Constellation Network and Dôr Technologies, spoke on how this technology helps bridge traditional data gaps. “Businesses have more operational data than ever before, but many still struggle to understand what it means,” said Michael Brand, COO of Constellation Network and Dôr Technologies. “Dôr Retail Intelligence brings those disconnected data sources together and helps operators understand not only what happened, but why it happened and what actions they should consider next.”

The platform utilizes a simple three-step system. First, a wireless sensor records customer visits and takes about five minutes to install without any professional technician. Second, the system connects incoming traffic to sales devices, worker schedules, online orders, weather predictions, and advertising campaigns. Finally, Transformational AI identifies patterns and delivers plain-language reports along with recommended steps. Information is organized by location, time, source, product, and category, which allows SKUs to maintain accurate tracking history even if a product gets renamed.

By highlighting customer demand, conversion metrics, and staffing alignment, the system gives physical commerce operators total visibility into daily operations. Its non-disruptive design delivers full intelligence without requiring costly equipment replacements.
